🔍 About You
• Qualifications: MArch or MTech + SACAP registration
• Experience: 5+ years post qualification, with project/team leadership
• Skills: Fluent in English & Spanish; expert in Revit, BIM workflows, and Adobe Suite; strong technical + construction insight
• Other: SA citizen or valid permit; clean credit & criminal record; flexible, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

🚀 What You’ll Do
• Lead design through all project phases: inception, schematic, development, construction documentation
• Manage project budgets, value engineering, and cost tracking
• Mentor and oversee architects, designers, technologists
• Host meetings, manage RFIs and SIs, and coordinate vendor deliverables
• Ensure BIM implementation, quality control, and document precision
• Collaborate with procurement to refine specifications and supplier partnerships
