What You Bring
• MArch or MTech degree + SACAP registration
• 8–10 years’ architectural experience, incl. 2–3 years in leadership
• Proven hospitality & commercial design portfolio
• Autodesk BIM mastery + exceptional technical & construction insight
• Swifter-than-deadline time-management and detail orientation
• Able to mentor teams, host client meetings, and work beyond the 9 5
• SA citizenship or valid permit, with clean credit & criminal records

What You’ll Own
📊 Strategic & Financial Leadership
• Shape budgets, align resources, and flag cost risks
🛠️ Team & Process Management
• Guide architects, technologists & BIM support
• Oversee workflows, quality standards, software tools & vendor libraries
🎯 Design Direction & Project Oversight
• Own concept development, conceptual approvals, and site delivery
• Ensure precision in documentation, construction detailing & RFIs
• Facilitate client, consultant & site meetings with professionalism
🌱 Innovation & Growth
• Lead training workshops, integrate new BIM methods
• Support recruitment, staff development & succession planning
• Collaborate with marketing on brand narratives and compelling visuals
