As we continue to expand, we are looking to bring on a talented Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our collaborative team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect or Architectural Technologist with expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion to work on a variety of exciting landscape architecture projects. As part of our dynamic team, you will be involved in the design and development of outdoor spaces, creating detailed plans, elevations, and 3D models to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the design team to create architectural solutions for landscape projects
• Develop and produce technical drawings, 3D models, and detailed plans using Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion
• Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations to communicate design ideas
• Assist with project management, from concept through to construction documentation
• Work with consultants and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct site analysis and assess environmental conditions
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards

Skills & Qualifications:
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience working in landscape design or architecture
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion (strong rendering skills are a plus)
• Excellent technical drawing and visualization abilities
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is highly valued
