Architectural Draughtsman & Technical Designer & Signage for Design company base in Cape Town
A Design Studio based in Cape Town is looking for an Architectural Draughtsman / Signage & Technical Designer to join their team.
They work primarily on branding graphics, signage and wayfinding projects, both locally and abroad, and are ideally looking for a candidate with previous signage or branding experience.
Responsibilities:
• Create signage layout drawings, Concept Design Stages to Construction (CAD + Revit)
• Coordinate BIM model with other design disciplines (Revit)
• Technical Drawings and Specifications
• Working in a team and closely with senior designers
• Rendering / presentation skill not required but advantageous
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience the related industry
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and other design software, 3d Max with vray will be advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Salary: R15 000 – R25 000 Gross (Market related depending on the Candidate’s current salary, skills, experience, etc.)
