Architectural Technologist Needed for Property Development Company – Midrand
An Architectural Technologist is Needed for a Property Development Firm based in Midrand. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a great Company with a dynamic team, with lots of potential for career growth and development.
This is a full time position, based at the offices in Midrand with a 6 months probation period.
Salary: R25 000- R35 000 Gross (Depending on the Candidate’s current salary, skills, experience, qualifications. This salary is also negotiable should a Candidate be more senior.
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• Tertiary level architectural or drafting qualification
• Min 2-3 years architectural drafting experience
• Min 2 years advance Revit experience
Preference will be given to:
• AutoCAD experience
• In depth understanding of building codes and council submission processes
• Basic 3D visualization
• Technical minded / understanding basic construction methodology
• Interior design experience
Responsibilities:
• Architectural documentation from inception to sign-off
• Quality assurance
• Collaboration with professional team
• Site visits may be required from time to time – driving license required
• Architectural administration – document control
