We’re looking for a Client Account Executive (Key Account Manager) who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and knows how to bring big design dreams to life — on time, on budget, and beyond expectations! 🎨📐

💼 What You’ll Do
As the go-to person for our clients, you’ll:
🔹 Be the face of the brand, managing key client relationships
🔹 Lead corporate interior design projects from brief to build
🔹 Work closely with an internal team of 6–10 specialists (designers, PMs, QS, procurement)
🔹 Own the project budget, scope, timelines, and quality
🔹 Ensure technical accuracy of design details and furniture specs
🔹 Drive procurement processes – placing POs, managing suppliers
🔹 Champion project milestones, handovers, and client satisfaction
🔹 Bring in business – your sales skills should be strong enough to close deals 📝🤝
🔹 Balance multiple projects and internal teams like a pro 🎯

🧠 What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is sharp, reliable, and ready to take charge:
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in Account/Project Management within:
▪ Interior Design
▪ Design & Build
▪ Construction
▪ Architecture
▪ Engineering
✅ Proven success in client relationship management
✅ Strong sales abilities – you’re not just managing, you’re selling too 💼
✅ Experience managing timelines, people, and deliverables
✅ High attention to detail – admin and paperwork must be spotless 📋
✅ Tech-savvy and confident in negotiations & client communications
✅ Cool under pressure, goal-driven, and comfortable working occasional weekends if needed

💰 Salary & Perks
💸 CTC: R50 000 – R70 000 per month
(based on experience, current earnings & qualifications)
🔔 Please note: This is a cost-to-company package with no additional benefits. You’ll be responsible for your own medical aid, pension, cell phone, petrol, etc.
