Engineering Workshop Manager – Seychelles
Gross Salary – competitive, market related depending on experience

Our Seychelles-based client is seeking an experienced Engineering Workshop Manager to oversee the efficient and cost-effective management of workshop operations. The role includes maintenance of mechanical, electrical, water, and sewage systems across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Workshop.
Ensure a safe and reliable work environment, maintaining all equipment in optimal condition.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Oversee the availability and routine maintenance of tools and equipment to support operations.
Implement and monitor maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and shipping equipment.
Establish and maintain an inventory system for equipment, tools, and spare parts.
Collaborate with the Purchasing and Stores Department to ensure timely procurement of materials.
Maintain effective communication between departments and remote locations.
Provide training and ongoing development for workshop personnel.
Perform hands-on engineering and mechanical tasks as required.
Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Degree is required for this Position.
At least 5 years of engineering and management experience.
