Job Summary
An upmarket lifestyle estate in Mpumalanga is seeking a dynamic and experienced Estate Manager to oversee operations and strategic development. The ideal candidate will have a background in estate, hospitality, and golf management with strong leadership and strategic planning skills. 🌟
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop long-term strategies for estate growth and innovation. 🚀
Security Management: Oversee security operations across the estate. 🔐
Golf Course Management: Ensure the golf course is maintained to championship standards. ⛳
Infrastructure & Building Management: Oversee estate infrastructure and contractor management. 🏗️
Aesthetics Management: Ensure the estate maintains high visual appeal. 🌿
Restaurant & Clubhouse Operations: Oversee food, beverage, and clubhouse functions. 🍽️
Staff Management: Lead, train, and manage all estate staff. 👩💼👨💼
Financial Management: Work closely with Trafalgar Management Agency on budgeting and financial planning. 💰
Community & Environmental Management: Foster strong relations and ensure sustainability efforts. 🌍
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management. 💪
Excellent organizational, strategic, and financial management skills. 📅
Knowledge of golf, hospitality, and estate management. 🏌️♂️
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Estate Management, Hospitality, or related field. 🎓
5-10 years of experience in estate or golf management. ⛳
Work Conditions
Full-time, on-site role with flexibility in working hours, including weekends. 🏞️
