They specialise in tailored investment solutions for private clients, both onshore and offshore, with a growing footprint across South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and Mauritius. 🌐💰

🌟 Your Mission:
🤝 Build and nurture strong relationships with:
• High-net-worth families
• Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)
• Professional Wealth Managers across SA and beyond
📈 Drive growth in the client base across South Africa and other African markets
🌍 Travel extensively to meet with clients and partners face-to-face
🧠 Understand and communicate bespoke investment strategies and portfolio structures
📊 Support onboarding of new clients with smooth handovers and ongoing communication
🔍 Monitor client satisfaction and proactively manage expectations
🧾 Work closely with internal teams (portfolio managers, admin, compliance) to ensure seamless service
🎯 Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios
🗣️ Represent the firm at conferences, events, and strategic meetings
📚 Stay informed on market trends, economic shifts, and investment developments relevant to client needs

🧠 What You Bring:
✅ Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other quantitative fields
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in client servicing or relationship management within financial services
✅ Strong understanding of investment products and high-net-worth client needs
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills — both verbal and written
✅ Confident with numbers, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
✅ Ability to work independently with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
✅ Comfortable with remote work, but based in Cape Town or Johannesburg
✅ Willingness to travel frequently across Africa 🌍✈️
✅ Afrikaans proficiency would be a big plus! 🇿🇦
