Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Illustrator with a strong passion for architecture and design. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our architects, designers, and marketing team to produce visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and presentations that communicate the essence of our projects and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create compelling visual designs, including digital illustrations, concept renderings, and marketing materials for commercial architectural projects.
• Develop high-quality presentation layouts for client proposals and pitches.
• Assist in visual storytelling through mood boards, diagrams, and other creative formats.
• Work closely with the architectural team to translate design concepts into visually appealing graphics.
• Maintain consistency and quality of the company’s brand across all visual assets.
• Collaborate on marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, websites, and digital media.
• Ensure all graphics adhere to project timelines and meet the firm’s standards of excellence.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in graphic design and illustration, preferably with a focus on architecture or commercial design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and illustration skills, including architectural renderings and visual representations.
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to conceptualize and visualize complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.
• Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit (a plus).
• Familiarity with architectural terminology and an understanding of design processes.
