INTERIOR CAD TECHNICIAN (JUNIOR) for International Interior Design Firm

Are you an Interior Design professional with strong technical drawing skills and a passion for high-quality detailing? We’re seeking a Junior Interior CAD Technician to join a busy design team and support the delivery of technically accurate, fully coordinated drawing packages.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Junior CAD Technician, you will work closely with the design team to support project delivery across small and large-scale projects, both nationally and internationally. Your role will involve:
• Producing accurate technical drawings and details for interior projects
• Supporting the creation and development of AutoCAD standards
• Assisting in the development of Revit content and families
• Helping implement practice standards across all projects
• Providing technical support to align solutions with the original design intent
• Coordinating with consultants and team members to deliver complete tender packages
• Meeting project deadlines and ensuring high-quality output

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You will be considered for this role if you have:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in interior design (post qualification)
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop)
• Excellent technical drawing skills with strong attention to interior detail
• Understanding of interior construction methods, fabrication, materials and assembly
• Experience producing fully coordinated tender drawing packages
• Experience coordinating work with external consultants
• Ability to deliver quick, high-quality work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Familiarity with implementing standards and workflows
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
• Experience working on projects both locally and internationally
• Strong attention to detail in construction/technical packages
