Available Roles
1. Interior Design Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all design documentation, schedules, and project information
• Facilitate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal design teams
• Maintain project timelines, updates, and deliverables
• Support designers with sample procurement, specification tracking, and FF&E documentation
• Assist in preparing presentations and ensuring design consistency across phases
Requirements:
• Background in interior design, architecture, or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Suite, and project coordination tools
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple international projects simultaneously

2. Technical Design Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical drawing packages and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants across global projects
• Review and develop detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
• Manage quality control for technical output across the design team
• Troubleshoot design, detailing, and buildability issues
Requirements:
• Qualification in interior architecture, architecture, or technical design
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent CAD platforms
• Exceptional technical detailing knowledge
• Experience working on complex interior projects (hospitality experience beneficial)
• Ability to lead and mentor technical team members
