Are you passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces with precision and flair? Our client – a dynamic Interior Design company based in Cape Town – specializes in hospitality and restaurant projects, and they’re looking to grow their creative team!
We’re seeking a talented and detail-driven Interior Designer and/or Draughtsman with 3–5 years’ experience, strong technical skills, and a sharp eye for space planning.
🎯 What You’ll Bring:
• A recognized qualification in Interior Design and/or Draughting
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurant interiors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD – essential!
• Strong skills in:
o Technical drawing
o Space planning and layout design
o Detail development and shop drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for functional design
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of industry standards and local building regulations (advantageous)
🛠️ Your Role:
• Produce accurate technical drawings and layouts
• Assist in the development of interior concepts into working plans
• Support project delivery from design through documentation
• Collaborate with senior designers and consultants
• Ensure design intent is carried through into the technical stages
