A well-established interior fit-out and design consultancy based in Johannesburg is seeking a skilled Interior Designer with strong technical and visualisation capabilities to join its growing team. The practice delivers intelligent, practical interior solutions across corporate and retail environments, offering full turnkey services from concept through to installation.
This role is ideal for a technically strong designer who enjoys balancing creative thinking with detailed documentation and high-quality visual output.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop interior design concepts that respond to client briefs, budgets, and programme requirements
• Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Create high-quality 3D renders and visualisations to support client presentations and approvals
• Assist with space planning, layouts, and workplace design strategies
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
• Attend site meetings and support construction and installation phases when required
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations, standards, and best practices
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of design quality

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline
• Proven, hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering software (essential)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and/or office interior design and space planning
• Previous experience within corporate or retail fit-out environments
• Excellent technical accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
