We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic Junior with a certificate in Drafting, Project Management, or Accountancy, and a strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term future in a hands-on technical environment.
You’ll be joining a dynamic team where you’ll receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to the full process of custom shopfitting — from reading drawings and planning, to production and installation.
What you’ll be doing:
• Working closely with experienced professionals in a busy factory environment
• Assisting with measurements, drawings, and project coordination
• Learning to interpret technical plans and shopfitting layouts
• Supporting cost estimates and material calculations
• Developing practical, real-world skills in a thriving, fast-paced industry
Who we’re looking for:
• Recently matriculated with a relevant certificate (Drafting, Project Management, or Accountancy)
• Good with numbers, detail-orientated, and eager to learn
• Able to read drawings/plans and comfortable with basic measurements and calculations
• Hands-on, practical, and motivated by teamwork and results
Salary: R16 500 – R18 500 per month (Gross)
Location: Germiston
