We are a progressive Landscape Architectural firm located close to the Cape Town CBD, working on an exciting portfolio of large local and international projects. Our studio focuses on innovative, sustainable, and people-centered design across urban, commercial, hospitality, and public landscape environments. We are looking for a talented Junior–Midweight Landscape Architect to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be a motivated designer with strong technical and graphic abilities, capable of contributing to all project stages—from concept design through to detailed documentation and on-site implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development of landscape concepts, plans, and presentations.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages, and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior staff, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to design research, material specifications, and project coordination.
• Support site inspections and project implementation where required.
Requirements
• Degree in Landscape Architecture (BTech, BLA, or MLA).
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp (advantage).
• Solid understanding of landscape construction, detailing, and technical documentation.
• Excellent design sense with the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
