Key Responsibilities
• Engage with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and functional needs.
• Develop and present innovative kitchen design concepts tailored to each client.
• Prepare detailed quotations, contracts, and project documentation.
• Oversee the full project process — from design and approval to installation and handover.
• Maintain excellent client communication and manage expectations throughout each phase.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and installers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new materials, and design technologies.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and margin targets through exceptional service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in kitchen design, sales, or a related interior design field.
• Strong computer literacy (design software and MS Office).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable own transport are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred / Advantageous
• 3+ years of experience in sales, design, or project management.
• Background in the kitchen, cabinetry, or manufacturing industry.
• Formal qualification in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Winner Design Software or similar 3D design programs.
