They are currently looking to expand their team by hiring a talented Kitchen Designer/Design Assistant with Winner to help achieve their mission of transforming spaces.
Position Overview: Seeking a skilled Kitchen Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create beautiful, functional kitchen layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Kitchens: Work with clients to design custom kitchen layouts, selecting finishes, fixtures, and appliances to create beautiful and functional spaces.
• Collaborate with Clients: Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire kitchen design process, from initial design through to installation, ensuring that all projects meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Work with Winner: Use advanced design software and tools, including Winner, to create accurate 3D renderings and floor plans.
• Assist with Design: Collaborate with the Design Assistant to prepare design presentations, assist with sourcing materials, and help with project coordination.
• Problem-Solving: Address any design challenges, client concerns, and project obstacles promptly and professionally.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team, sales staff, and installers to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen design or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Winner design software and other design tools.
• Creativity: Strong design aesthetic and ability to create functional kitchen layouts tailored to clients’ needs.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and an ability to manage precise specifications and measurements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team, including assisting and guiding the Design Assistants.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree or certification in interior design, architecture, or related field
• Experience with CAD software or other advanced design tools
• Familiarity with industry trends, materials, and technologies
