We’re seeking a passionate and driven Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant to join our Pretoria team. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for design, strong sales skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and sell custom kitchen and cabinetry solutions tailored to client needs.
• Prepare professional quotations and manage each project from concept to completion.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (minimum R350,000 average).
• Promote the company’s products and services while upholding quality and brand standards.
• Resolve client queries and assist with any issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
• Proven experience in kitchen design, cabinetry, or interior sales.
• Strong design and spatial planning abilities (experience with design software is an advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
• Must be based in or willing to travel to Pretoria.
• Willing to attend training (note: training costs may be repayable if employment ends within 12 months).
