Landscape Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Midrand, Johannesburg
A well-established architectural firm based in Midrand is seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect and/or Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing design team.
This role is suited to a creative and technically strong professional with a passion for landscape and architectural design, strong documentation skills, and the ability to contribute across multiple project phases.

Key Responsibilities
• Design development and detailing of landscape and architectural projects
• Preparation of concept designs, working drawings, and construction documentation
• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings and visualisations
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
• Assist with project execution from concept through to construction
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations and industry standards
• Attend site meetings and assist with site coordination where required

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in landscape architecture and/or architectural technology
• Landscape Architecture Degree or Diploma (or relevant architectural qualification)
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience with SketchUp and Lumion for 3D modelling and visualisation
• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
