Job Title: Mid to Senior Level Design Architect

Position Overview: They are looking for a talented and experienced Design Architect to join their dynamic team. This is a mid to senior level role, ideal for a professional with 3 to 8 years of experience in the architectural field. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create and present sophisticated 3D designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D presentations.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure design integrity.
• Utilise Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop for design development and presentations.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the quality of our projects.
Requirements:
• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on design and presentation.
• Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and 3D presentation skills.
• Experience in leisure or upmarket residential projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
