About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our Johannesburg-based team. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who can independently run projects from concept through to completion, with strong technical, design and management abilities. Proficiency in Revit is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects independently
• Deliver projects from inception to completion (full end-to-end delivery)
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance
• Interpret and apply JBCC contracts thoroughly
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain high-quality client relationships and interface professionally
• Produce and manage detailed technical documentation using Revit
• Work primarily on commercial and/or industrial projects

Requirements
• Relevant architectural qualification (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in architectural practice
• Proven experience running and managing own projects
• Strong understanding of JBCC contract and contract administration
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial sectors is essential
