We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in high-end interior refurbishments. We blend exceptional designs with top-tier construction practices to deliver spaces that inspire and elevate our clients’ environments. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth execution of interior refurbishment projects from concept to completion.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the interior refurbishment projects for our diverse client base. This role combines expertise in design, architecture, construction, and project management to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage interior refurbishment projects, from initial design concepts to final handover, ensuring all project goals are met.
• Client Liaison: Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring that client expectations are aligned with project objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Address any delays or budget issues proactively.
• Quality Control: Ensure that the project complies with all regulations, standards, and company protocols. Oversee quality assurance processes and resolve any issues as they arise.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. Provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in project management within the interior refurbishment, architecture, or construction industry.
• Education: Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
o Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex projects.
o Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
o In-depth knowledge of interior design, construction processes, and building codes.
o Proven experience managing budgets and schedules effectively.
o Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Salary: R50 000- R70 000 Gross ( Depending on the Candidate’s current salary, skills, qualifications, etc.)
