  • Advance claim / Reimbursable management.
  • Petty Cash -verify receipts, capture all receipts and reconcile.
  • Banking, Reconciling different Cash Books, processing of bank transactions, Loading and paying of all SARS payments EMP 201, VAT, INCOME TAX
  • Report to Directors on the Executive Board
  • Prepare full accounting reports.
  • Investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Provide monthly expense and cost analysis for management review.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control the budget analysis and forecasting.
  • Managed the day-to-day processing of financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, allocations, and disbursements to ensure that the company finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
  • Capturing all financial data for the companies.
  • Backups of financials daily
  • Bank balances management and payment on approval as agreed
  • Financial administrative activities on companies i.e.
    • Payment of all taxes timeously
      – Payment of all levies timeously
      – Payment of all service timeously
  • Collecting of WHT Certificates
  • Claiming of VAT monthly
  • Applying/ adhering to company financial procedures
  • Debtors, Full Debtors function, processing of monthly invoices, emailing customer’s month-end statements.
  • Creditors, Full Creditors function, reconcile the ledger to supplier statement, prepare and pay monthly expenses, Process payments via Cats system.
  • Handle monthly payroll, administrative tasks, and liabilities for the company, including monthly (PAYE, SDL, and UIF returns) Monthly EMP501 and EMP201 returns and payments. Process IRP5 and IRP3 returns yearly. Attend to all WCA Issues, Dept of Labor – all Disciplinary issues, CCMA cases,
  • Serviced human resources: interviewing, hiring and terminations, employee benefits and maintaining personnel records.
  • Maintaining a beneficial relationship with the company’s bank(s) and maintaining the internet banking system
  • Contribute during the project tender phase on cash flow

SALARY: R70 000/m
