Job Summary: Manage all cost-related aspects of building and civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities, developing procurement schedules, managing monthly payment applications and finalising project accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and estimate construction works.
• Develop cost plans and project budgets.
• Prepare subcontract documents and contracts.
• Conduct rate and price analysis.
• Prepare cost reports.
• Finalise project accounts upon completion.
• Handle tendering processes and prepare quotations.
• Manage contractual claims and variations.
• Oversee procurement of materials and supplier selection.
• Draft and manage contractual correspondence.
• Prepare and submit monthly payment applications/certificates.
• Develop and update project work schedules.
• Monitor project progress and cash flow.
• Prepare and manage materials procurement schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and attend progress meetings.
• Contribute to design discussions and value engineering initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in general construction cost management.
