About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Revit MEP & Site Modelling Specialist to join our high-profile campus-style development project in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering a complex, multi-building site with extensive external works. You will play a key role in developing and coordinating detailed Revit models for both MEP systems and site/civil elements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate Revit MEP models with a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Model civil and site elements using Revit tools such as topo solids, subregions, and site features.
• Create, edit, and manage custom Revit families as required.
• Collaborate closely with project leads, design consultants, and engineering teams to ensure accurate and buildable models.
• Support the coordination of services across multiple buildings and infrastructure zones within a large masterplan.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proficient in Revit MEP, with strong technical ability in mechanical and electrical systems modeling.
• Demonstrated experience in site and civils modeling within Revit, including terrain and external works.
• Comfortable creating and modifying Revit families to support project requirements.
• Experience working on large-scale or campus-style projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in civil engineering (preferred but not essential).
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure or institutional projects.
