🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects & project managers.
• 📈 Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Johannesburg and beyond.
• 🧠 Understand client needs to offer custom-fit, smart workspace solutions.
• 📝 Prepare and deliver engaging proposals, quotes & presentations.
• 👷 Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure project success.
• 🎯 Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals!

🧩 Requirements:
• ✅ Proven B2B sales experience – ideally in office design, fit-outs, property, or similar.
• 🗣️ Top-notch communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• 🤝 A confident self-starter who works well both independently and in a team.
• 🧭 A strong grasp of SA’s commercial property & design landscape is a plus.
• 🚗 Own vehicle and valid driver’s license a must.
