Sales & Design Consultant for Kitchen And Design Company- JHB North

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, quotation, and sale of custom cabinetry, as well as managing each project through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and sell kitchen and cupboard solutions to clients.
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage projects from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets (minimum R350,000 average).
• Communicate professionally with clients and resolve any project-related issues promptly.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and quality of service.
• Avoid any conflicts of interest or engagement with competing products.
Requirements
• Strong sales and design skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to meet targets consistently.
• Willingness to attend training (note: training costs may be repayable if employment ends within 12 months).
