We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic Cape Town studio of an internationally renowned architectural firm. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to iconic, large-scale commercial, hospitality, and high-rise developments across the Middle East and beyond.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and design-driven team, working on complex projects that demand technical excellence, creativity, and precision.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and contribute to the design and documentation of large-scale commercial, hospitality, and high-rise projects.
• Develop detailed Revit models and coordinate BIM documentation to the highest international standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regions to deliver world-class architectural solutions.
• Ensure technical accuracy, code compliance, and design integrity across all project stages.
• Mentor and support junior team members within the Cape Town studio.

Requirements
• Professional Architectural Registration (SACAP or international equivalent).
• 5–10 years of professional experience working on large-scale commercial, hospitality, or high-rise developments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit – strong technical and documentation skills are essential.
• Proven experience working within a collaborative, international project environment.
• Excellent understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and coordination processes.
• Based in Cape Town or able to work from the Cape Town office on a full-time basis.
