Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and visionary Senior Conceptual Designer with a passion for creating innovative corporate environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in design thinking, leadership, and team management, along with expertise in corporate office spaces. You will lead the design process from concept to execution, working closely with clients and our team to develop transformative and high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire the design team to deliver creative, innovative, and functional solutions for corporate office projects
• Develop and present design concepts and proposals, ensuring they align with client goals and brand identity
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering collaboration and maintaining a high standard of design excellence
• Conduct research and analysis of corporate office trends to propose forward-thinking, sustainable, and efficient solutions
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations to clients, showcasing your vision and bringing designs to life
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of client needs, design trends, and market demands to ensure designs are both innovative and practical
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring design concepts are executed on schedule and within budget

Qualifications:
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in conceptual design, with a focus on corporate office environments
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a design team
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders
• Expertise in corporate office design, understanding the balance of functionality, aesthetics, and brand alignment
• Exceptional creativity with a passion for pushing boundaries and creating unique, innovative designs
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and others
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to design challenges
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field preferred

Salary: R60 000- R65 000 Gross (Depending on the Candidate’s current salary, skills, experience and qualifications.
