🌍 SENIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT LEADER / PROJECTS DIRECTOR – SEYCHELLES
High-End Hotel, Resort & Villa Developments | Mahé & Praslin Island
Our client, a prestigious Development & Construction company in the Seychelles, is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the successful delivery of luxury hospitality projects across the islands. This senior-level position is open to a Senior Construction Project Manager, Project Leader, or Projects Director with proven experience in managing high-end hotel, resort, or luxury villa developments.
You will serve as the client’s main point of contact, driving strategic direction, ensuring exceptional project delivery, and managing both contractors and internal teams.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple high-end developments from inception to completion across various islands.
Implement strategic project governance, timelines, budgets, and quality control frameworks.
Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders.
Drive cost control, financial forecasting, and commercial viability of each project.
Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and safety.
Negotiate contracts, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Mentor and guide project teams, promoting a high-performance and accountable culture.
Foster innovation and sustainability in building practices and project management tools.
📌 Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Building, or a related field (not Civil Engineering).
Preferably registered with SACPCMP (as Pr. Construction Project Manager) and/or PMP-certified.
Minimum of 10 years’ senior-level project management experience, ideally in luxury hospitality construction.
Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and client engagement skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Candidates of any nationality will be considered.
💼 Remuneration & Expat Package:
Highly negotiable NETT salary (paid in USD) depending on experience and level of seniority.
