Senior Interior Designer/Architect – High-End Residential
Maitland, Cape Town | Full-Time / Contract
A leading design-led studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to join their Cape Town team. With a strong portfolio in high-end residential and hospitality projects, this is an opportunity to work on prestigious, design-driven spaces from concept to completion.
What you’ll do:
• Lead luxury residential interior projects from design through delivery.
• Develop concepts, space planning, finishes, and detailing.
• Oversee documentation and ensure quality and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Mentor junior team members and support their growth.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity.
What we’re looking for:
• Degree in Interior Architecture or Design (or equivalent).
• 6+ years’ experience, ideally in luxury residential design.
• Strong design sensibility with technical excellence.
• Advanced Revit proficiency (BIM workflow essential).
• Confident communicator and leader, highly organised and deadline-driven.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and technical skills.
