🎯 Lead from the front – Take the reins across every stage of the design process: from brief ➡ concept ➡ documentation ➡ delivery.
🛋 Design with purpose – Create innovative, functional, and beautiful spaces that WOW clients and stand the test of time.
📐 Revit Rockstar – Produce and manage detailed documentation like a pro.
🤝 Collaborate & Coordinate – Work with internal teams, consultants & contractors to bring your vision to life.
📅 Project Juggler – Run multiple projects without missing a beat, keeping timelines and budgets in check.
🎤 Client Whisperer – Present your ideas with clarity and confidence.
🌱 Mentor Magic – Support and uplift junior designers—because great leaders build great teams.
🧩 Problem Solver – Tackle design challenges with creativity and calm.

✅ What We’re Looking For
🎓 A diploma in Interior Design (a degree? Even better!)
🧱 Minimum 5 years of hands-on design experience
🏢 Solid background in commercial and corporate spaces
🖥 Pro in Revit (non-negotiable!)
🌄 Rendering skills in Enscape = bonus points
⏱ Master of multitasking, time management & working under pressure
💰 Understanding of budgets and cost control
🙌 Team player with leadership potential
🗣 Stellar communicator who can build strong client and team relationships
