We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic Cape Town-based team, specializing in retail and restaurant design. If you bring a sharp design eye, leadership experience, and expert-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process for high-end retail and restaurant interiors – from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and the internal team to deliver innovative, on-brand spatial solutions.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, presentations, and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee junior designers and contribute to team mentorship and quality assurance.

Requirements:
• Minimum 6+ years of interior design experience, ideally in the retail and hospitality sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed restaurant and retail projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (non-negotiable).
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
