Senior Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant (2 Positions Available)
Location: Johannesburg South
We are a well-established and growing kitchen design company based in Johannesburg South, seeking to appoint two experienced Senior Kitchen Designers & Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for confident, design-driven professionals who excel in high-end kitchen design, client consultation, and closing sales. You will work closely with local and international teams, offering clients world-class kitchen solutions from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Meet with clients in-store and on-site to understand their design, lifestyle, and budget requirements
• Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs
• Prepare accurate quotations and design presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to deal closure
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Conduct site measurements and liaise with installers and project teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
• Stay updated on international design trends and product offerings

Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience as a Kitchen Designer and Sales Consultant (senior level)
• Proven track record in sales performance and closing deals
• Strong kitchen design and space-planning skills
• Experience working with design software (Winner, CAD, SketchUp, or similar)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven

What We Offer
• Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Commission: 2% commission on sales
• Travel: AA rate paid for business-related travel (company vehicles to be introduced in future)
