🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Lead and inspire a dynamic project management team
✅ Oversee full project lifecycles — from concept 💡 to handover 🏁
✅ Drive team performance and nurture professional growth
✅ Collaborate with management on project feasibility, margins, and success metrics
✅ Build and manage detailed budgets 💰 and cash flows
✅ Create rock-solid project schedules 🗓️
✅ Handle drawings, procurement, tenders, and version control like a pro
✅ Ensure progress and quality on-site aligns with expectations
✅ Be the key client liaison 🤝 — fostering strong, lasting relationships
✅ Ensure seamless project close-outs
✅ Represent the brand with pride — and help grow the business 📈

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🌟 A formal Project Management qualification
🌟 5–7 years experience managing projects in the built environment
🌟 Exposure to interior design and solid knowledge of construction methods
🌟 A master of organisation and coordination
🌟 Excellent communication and people skills 💬
🌟 Strong financial acumen and budget planning skills
🌟 Quick thinker and creative problem-solver 🧠⚡
🌟 Tech-savvy and proficient in relevant software
🌟 Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative
🌟 Commercially minded with a passion for design and delivery
