A Project Management and Design Company based in JHB is looking for a Site Foreman to join their Team
Site Foreman
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The purpose of this position is to oversee daily operations on site and supervise subcontractors and labour, to ensure that the projects are completed in a safe manner and on time, within budget and to specification. This includes supervising subcontractor teams on site and acting as a conduit between site and management, whilst ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.

Standard office setup
Laptop with connection to corporate network and intranet
Own Mobile Phone
Internet connection
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
National Diploma: Construction Management
WORK EXPERIENCE:
5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role
SOFTWARE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant Project Management Software
