Site Quantity Surveyor
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The purpose of this position is to provide expertise in cost management, estimation, and financial analysis for construction projects ensuring projects are completed within budget by preparing estimates, monitoring expenses, assessing variations, and providing cost advice thereby playing a crucial role in maximising project profitability.

• Cost Management
• Procurement / Appointments
• Contract Administration
• Cost Reporting
• Risk Management
• Final Accounts
• Innovation and Self Development
INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS:
Standard office setup
Laptop with connection to corporate network and intranet
Own Mobile Phone
Internet connection
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
B. Sc / B. Tech – Quantity Surveying
WORK EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
SOFTWARE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft Office Suite
WinQS and DimX/Planswift Software
