Site Supervisor – Interior Design Firm based in Cape Town

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join a Cape Town–based interior design firm. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring interior construction projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Control and monitor access to construction sites as required
• Inspect and verify that all materials delivered to site meet contractual and project specifications
• Supervise contractors and site teams to ensure workmanship complies with approved standards and best practices
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to drawings, plans, and specifications, implementing corrective action where necessary
• Witness testing and quality control activities to confirm compliance with project requirements
• Maintain site cleanliness, organisation, and overall orderliness
• Monitor construction schedules and site progress to ensure timelines are maintained
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on workmanship deviations, construction issues, or schedule delays, with recommendations for corrective action
• Facilitate and support site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements & Qualifications:
• 2–3 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor role (interior office fit-out experience preferred)
• Experience working within an interior design or interior construction environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Valid driver’s licence
Salary: (R12 000 to R15 000 Gross) Depending on the Candidate’s current salary, experience, qualifications, skills, etc.
