🔍 You’re the One If You Have:
• MArch or MTech + SACAP registration
• 5 + years PQE, with project leadership and on-site delivery experience across work stages 3–6
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Expert in Revit, BIM workflows & Adobe Suite
• Attentive to detail, technically sharp, and deadline-focused
• SA citizen or valid permit, with clean credit and criminal record

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead cross disciplinary teams from concept through construction
• Manage budgets, value engineer, track costs, and oversee vendor progress
• Supervise RFIs, SIs, documentation, and as-built records
• Conduct site inspections, quality control, and field reports
• Ensure adhered-to office standards and BIM execution consistency
• Coordinate procurement and production of compelling visualizations

💰 What You’ll Earn
• Competitive salary in line with Johannesburg standards for senior architects (R 55 000–70 000 pm)
