A forward-thinking architectural studio specialising in hospitality projects is seeking a talented 3D Visualisation Artist / Design Artist to join its Johannesburg-based team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong architectural design background and a passion for producing high-quality, immersive visual content that brings hospitality environments to life.
The successful candidate will play a key role in translating architectural concepts into compelling visuals for design development, client presentations, and marketing material.

Key Responsibilities
• Produce high-quality 3D visualisations, renderings, and animations for hospitality projects
• Translate architectural drawings and BIM models into realistic visual outputs
• Collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to develop design narratives
• Create real-time visual experiences using Twinmotion and other rendering tools
• Develop visuals for concept presentations, design development, and client approvals
• Maintain consistency with design intent, material palettes, and lighting strategies
• Assist with VR experiences and animated walkthroughs where required
• Stay current with emerging trends in architectural visualisation and hospitality design
• Prepare polished presentation material using Photoshop and PowerPoint

Qualifications & Experience
• Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Diploma in Interior Design
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Render Artist or Visualisation Specialist
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and hospitality-focused visual work
• Proven experience working as an Architectural Designer or within an architectural practice
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and design workflows

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
• Advanced skills in Twinmotion and 3ds Max
• Experience with Corona, V-Ray, or similar rendering engines
• Exposure to VR, real-time rendering, and animation tools
• Strong competency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Keen awareness of current and emerging trends in architectural visualisation
