Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Success & Relationship Manager / Key Account Manager / Project Coordinator to manage key client relationships, drive business development and sales, and ensure a seamless transition from sales through to project delivery.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with experience in joinery, kitchen manufacturing, interior design, construction or the broader built environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key client relationships from enquiry through to project completion.
Develop new business and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, contractors and other industry professionals.
Manage the full sales cycle, including leads, quotations, tenders, negotiations and conversions.
Grow and maintain the sales pipeline while achieving revenue and margin targets.
Coordinate the handover of confirmed projects to Production and Operations.
Monitor project progress, timelines, manufacturing, delivery and installation.
Proactively manage client expectations and resolve issues.
Drive repeat business, referrals, upselling and long-term client relationships.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and management reporting.
Requirements
5–8 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success or Project Coordination.
Experience within joinery, kitchen manufacturing, interiors, construction or the built environment highly advantageous.
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience with quotations, tenders and managing high-value projects.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
AutoCAD, IMOS or similar software experience advantageous.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
