We are looking for a detail-driven Estimator / Commercial Coordinator to join a fast-paced commercial team supporting national retail fit-out projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with construction or joinery documentation.
What you’ll do
• Prepare accurate material, labour, and transport take-offs from drawings and BOQs
• Generate competitive quotes for retail rollout projects
• Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within an ERP system
• Coordinate pricing, logistics, and regional cost allowances
• Track project revenue, invoicing documentation, and quote status
• Assist with variation orders and post-project cost reconciliations
• Contribute to continuous process and systems improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
• Experience in estimating, quantity take-offs, or commercial administration
• Background in construction, shopfitting, joinery, or retail fit-outs
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel capability
• Experience working with ERP systems and CRM platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
Package
Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 CTC
Location: Near Alberton, Gauteng
