Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
An internationally recognised design studio specialising in luxury hospitality and multi-unit residential developments across the Middle East and Africa is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Interior Designer to join its Johannesburg-based team.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and preparation of client presentations and design documentation.
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, and technical drawings using REVIT and/or AutoCAD.
• Prepare high-quality presentation layouts and design packages using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create and enhance presentation imagery, renders, and visual material using Photoshop.
• Research and source reference imagery, finishes, materials, and design inspiration to support project concepts.
• Assist with FF&E research, product sourcing, and specification activities.
• Support senior designers with concept development, project coordination, and design implementation.
• Participate in the design and development of secondary and ancillary spaces, including:
o Hotel and residential lobbies
o Kids’ clubs
o Fitness and wellness facilities
o Bathrooms and powder rooms
o Residents’ lounges
o Additional support and amenity areas
• Maintain organised project files, documentation, and presentation material.
• Participate in internal design reviews and contribute creative ideas and design solutions.
Minimum Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional interior design experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Advanced Photoshop skills with the ability to create compelling visual presentations.
• Experience using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, or other 3D visualisation software would be advantageous.
• Strong graphic communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, spatial awareness, and understanding of materials and finishes.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative studio environment.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and high-end residential design.
