We are looking for a skilled Intermediate Interior Designer to join a growing design team working on large-scale commercial and hospitality developments. This position suits a designer with strong technical capability and hands-on experience delivering complex projects. Candidates may be based remotely or be open to relocating to Tanzania, depending on suitability and project needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and develop interior design concepts from early stages through to detailed design
• Prepare comprehensive drawing packages and technical documentation using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Collaborate closely with design teams, consultants, and external project stakeholders
• Assist in resolving design and technical challenges across multiple project phases
• Support the successful delivery of high-value, large-scale commercial and hospitality projects
Requirements
• At least 8 years of professional experience in interior design
• Demonstrated experience in commercial and hospitality interiors, ideally on major developments
• High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Strong technical knowledge and accuracy in construction documentation
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
