Join a High-End Interior Design Studio Working on Luxury Residential Projects
We are looking for an experienced Mid–Senior Interior Designer to become part of a dynamic, design-led team known for delivering exceptional luxury interiors. This position is ideal for a designer who combines strong technical capability with creative excellence and a passion for bespoke furniture and refined residential environments.
You will work closely with the Design Manager while independently leading your own design projects — taking them from concept stage through to detailed documentation and site coordination. You will also collaborate directly with the studio’s leadership team on project direction and aesthetic development.

Key Responsibilities
Concept & Design Development
• Lead the full design process on assigned projects, from conceptualisation to detailed design.
• Develop compelling mood boards, 3D models, design concepts, and presentation packages.
• Work collaboratively with senior design leadership on concept refinement and project aesthetics.
• Design custom, high-end furniture pieces that align with project goals and studio standards.
Technical Documentation
• Produce detailed technical drawings, including joinery, furniture, shopfitting, and construction packages.
• Prepare structured drawing sets, specifications, and documentation for contractors and manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality benchmarks and accuracy in all drawings.
Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
• Engage with artisans, manufacturers, suppliers, and furniture makers throughout the design process.
• Work with procurement on sourcing, materials, sampling, prices, and supplier research.
• Procurement experience will be an advantage.
Site Engagement
• Attend site visits to verify measurements, monitor progress, and maintain design integrity.
• Valid driver’s licence required.

• Strong 3D modelling and rendering proficiency
• Ability to conceptualise and technically develop custom furniture
Advantageous:
• Procurement experience
• Willingness to self-learn additional software tools

Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential and hospitality interior design.
• Proven experience in luxury interiors and bespoke furniture design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interior projects and detailed technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently while integrating effectively with a collaborative design team.
