Professional Architect – Needed for Architectural Firm based in Pretoria

JOB ARCHITECT – PRETORIA
We are a Pretoria-based architectural practice focused on design excellence, with a strong portfolio across commercial, educational, retail, and hospitality projects. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Job Architect to join our in-office team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be involved in projects from Work Stage 1 through to Stage 6, including live construction projects. This role requires strong technical capability, excellent Revit proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively within a deadline-driven environment.
Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
• SACAP registered and in good standing
• Proven experience working on live projects (projects currently under construction)
• Experience across commercial, retail, corporate office, educational or hospitality projects
o Candidates whose experience is limited to or predominantly residential/private houses will not be considered
• Very good to excellent Revit skills
• Working knowledge and experience in:
o Lumion
o Enscape
o InDesign
o Photoshop
• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
• Comprehensive understanding of architectural technicalities and construction processes

Location & Availability
• Must reside in Pretoria
• Must have reliable transport
• In-office position (remote work not applicable)
• 3-month probation period applies
