We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team, overseeing the fitout and design of retail spaces from concept to completion. If you have a passion for detail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have proven experience delivering retail projects on time and on budget, we want to hear from you.

🔨 What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage end-to-end retail fitout and design projects
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines using Gantt charts (experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools a must)
• Coordinate with internal designers, external contractors, and key retail stakeholders
• Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints
• Monitor site progress and quality, conducting regular site visits
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and reporting

🧠 What You Bring
• Proven experience in managing retail fitout projects (multi-site experience is a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of Gantt chart project planning tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of retail operations and how they impact design & construction
• Ability to multitask and lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with construction and design documentation, permits, and compliance
• Strong eye for detail, timelines, and budgets

🎯 Bonus Points If You Have:
• Design background or experience working closely with design teams
• Experience in national retail rollouts
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction, project management, or design
Salary: +/- R45 000 Gross. Market related depending on the Candidate’s current salary, skills, experience, etc.
