🔧 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
You’ll play a key role in making our dream homes a reality – managing the ins and outs of daily site activities, ensuring smooth delivery of each residential project, and coordinating with all players on the field. Think of yourself as the quarterback of our construction game! 🏈

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• 📅 Prepare & manage project schedules
• 💰 Budgeting and cost control
• 🏗️ Oversee construction sites for luxury homes
• 📝 Review plans, foresee challenges & save costs
• 🤝 Collaborate with architects, engineers & inspectors
• 🔍 Ensure top-quality finishes with a sharp eye for detail
• 🧠 Be the go-to problem solver on-site
• 📊 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports
• 🛒 Coordinate materials & equipment with the team
• 📋 Comply with NHBRC, HOA & council regulations
• 🔐 Manage risks & develop smart mitigation plans
• 🔨 Supervise sub-contractors & ensure deadlines are met

🎓 What We’re Looking For:
• ✅ 3-5+ years experience in residential project/construction management
• 🏅 Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Construction, or a related field
• 💻 Microsoft 365 proficiency (non-negotiable!)
• 🚗 Own reliable transport
• 💡 Detail-oriented, highly organized & deadline-driven
• 💬 Strong communication, leadership & time management skills
• 🔍 Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
• 🧾 Excellent project admin & quality assurance
