Project Manager (Professional QS / PQS)
Location: Cape Town (Full-Time, possible Hybrid and Office-Based role)
An established and highly regarded design and architectural company, specialising in high-end hospitality projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Professional Quantity Surveying (PQS) experience to join their dynamic team in Cape Town.

Key Requirements:
• Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) or strong PQS background
• Proven experience in project management within a design–manufacture–installation environment
• Solid understanding of cost management, contracts, and commercial project delivery
• Experience working on high-end hospitality and/or luxury projects
• Ability to operate in a PMO / systems-driven environment, with exposure to building or improving processes
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from concept through to installation and final delivery
• Oversee budgets, cost control, procurement, and contract administration
• Coordinate between design, manufacturing, and installation teams
• Implement and improve project management systems, processes, and reporting structures
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships
